These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cart Kingpins (https://cartkingpins.com), operated by [Cart Kingpins legal entity name], a [State of formation] company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. What we sell
We are a reseller of digital gift cards issued by third-party brands ("Brands"). We source them through a licensed gift-card network. When you buy from us you receive a redeemable link for a gift card of the Brand and face value you selected. The gift card itself is issued by, and redeemable only with, the Brand, and is subject to the Brand's own terms, which are shown on each product page and again on the card.
We are not affiliated with the Brands. Brand names and artwork are the property of their owners and are used to identify the product.
2. Accounts
You must have an account to buy. You must be at least 18, provide a valid email address you control, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are used for fraud, resale abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
3. Pricing and fees
- Each card is sold at its face value plus a 5% platform fee, shown before you pay.
- The minimum order is $20 in card value.
- We may set per-order and per-day limits on the number and value of cards. These exist to protect you and us from fraud and are not negotiable at checkout.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes: gift card purchases are generally not taxed at sale; tax, if any, is applied by the Brand when the card is redeemed.
4. Payment
We accept major cards through our payment processor (Stripe). Your card may be asked to complete 3-D Secure verification. We do not see or store your full card number. We may also accept Cart Kingpins codes (see section 6).
Orders may be held for a short manual review before delivery. If we cannot verify an order we will cancel it and refund it in full.
5. Delivery
Redeemable links are delivered to the email address on your account, usually within a minute of successful payment, and are always available on your Orders page. Delivery is complete when the link is issued to your account. Check your spam folder before contacting us.
Treat links like cash. Anyone who has the link can redeem the card. We are not responsible for links you forward, share, post, or lose. Redemption, balance, expiry and any fees after redemption are governed by the Brand.
6. Cart Kingpins codes
A Cart Kingpins code is closed-loop stored value issued by us and redeemable only on https://cartkingpins.com for products in our catalog. Codes:
- have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to a bank or card;
- require the code and its PIN to redeem or check a balance;
- may carry an expiry date shown at issue;
- are locked after repeated incorrect PIN attempts and may be cancelled if we believe they were obtained fraudulently;
- can be used across multiple orders until the balance is spent; any remainder due can be paid by card.
If a Brand cannot deliver an order paid with a code, the code portion is credited back to the code and any card portion is refunded.
7. Refunds and cancellations
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: a gift card link that has not been claimed can be cancelled and refunded on request; a claimed card is final.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to launder money, to buy cards with a payment method you are not authorised to use, to circumvent our limits by using multiple accounts, to resell cards commercially without our written agreement, or to interfere with the site. We cooperate with payment networks, Brands and law enforcement on fraud.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that any Brand will remain available, that a Brand will honour a card in a particular way, or that delivery will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do; continued use after that date is acceptance. Material changes to fees or limits will be shown at checkout.
