Digital gift cards are delivered instantly and can be spent the moment the link is opened, so our policy follows one rule: unclaimed links can be cancelled; claimed cards are final.
Before you pay
You can change or empty your cart at any time. Nothing is charged until you confirm payment.
Cancelling an unclaimed gift card
If you ordered by mistake — wrong brand, wrong amount, duplicate order — and the link has not yet been opened or redeemed, contact us at [support@yourdomain.com] with the order number. We will cancel the link with the issuing network and refund the card value and the platform fee to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If the order was paid with a Cart Kingpins code, the value is returned to the code.
We cannot cancel a link that has already been claimed, because the value has already been transferred to the Brand's card.
If we cannot deliver
If the issuing network or Brand cannot issue your card after payment, we refund the full order automatically — card value and fee — and email you. No action is needed.
If a Brand card does not work
Once redeemed, a gift card is the Brand's product. Problems with balance, expiry, or acceptance at the Brand are handled by the Brand's customer service, which is linked on the product page and on the card. Contact us if you believe you received the wrong card or amount; we will work with the network to correct it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Gift card links are delivered to your account and email; disputing a delivered order that was placed from your account may result in the account being closed and the matter referred to the card network as friendly fraud.
Orders held for review
Occasionally we hold a paid order for a short manual check. If we cannot verify it, we cancel it and refund it in full. You will receive an email either way.
Cart Kingpins codes
Codes are issued to business clients and are not sold for cash on this site at this time. Codes are not refundable for cash. If you have a problem with a code, contact whoever issued it to you, or [support@yourdomain.com].
